At Piano2Score, we care about the security of your personal data. This policy explains what data we process and for which purposes, including within the scope of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), where applicable.

• Account details: name, surname, and email address
• Order and payment records: order number, amount, payment status, and date. Card details are processed by iyzico and are not stored by us.
• Audio/video recordings you upload and the generated score outputs
• Technical data: IP address and browser information for security and legal record-keeping purposes

3. Processing Purposes

• Providing the service and performing transcription processing
• Collecting payment, invoicing, and managing subscriptions
• Meeting legal obligations and maintaining security

4. Sharing

Your data is shared only to the extent required by the service and within the legal framework, including with service providers such as iyzico for payments and infrastructure providers for hosting and processing. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation. After those periods expire, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, where applicable, you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. You may send your requests through the contact channels listed above.
