This form has been prepared to inform you before purchase in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, where applicable.

2. Service Subject and Price

The service subject to the agreement is the Pro digital subscription offered through the Piano2Score web application. The service unlocks unlimited use of recording uploads and editable score exports (MusicXML/MIDI).

• Product/Service: Piano2Score Pro monthly digital subscription
• Access period: 30 days from successful payment, or added to the remaining paid period when renewed early. No automatic renewal
• Total price including VAT: For the Turkey option: 299.00 TRY; for the International option: 7.99 USD. The region and currency selected at checkout apply.
• Delivery method: Digital, assigned to your account after payment approval

3. Payment

Payments are collected securely through iyzico payment infrastructure. Card details are not stored by the Seller. The amount is collected at the time of the transaction.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for digital services that are performed immediately in an electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer once performance begins with the consumer's approval. By starting the subscription, you approve immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends.

You may send requests and complaints through the contact channels listed above. For disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorized within the applicable monetary limits.
