2. Digital Delivery

Piano2Score Pro is a digital subscription service that does not require physical delivery. When payment is successfully approved by iyzico, Pro access is automatically assigned to the user's account.

Under normal conditions, access is activated immediately after payment approval. If a technical delay occurs, the user may request support through the seller contact channels with the order number and account email address.

3. Subscription Period

Piano2Score Pro access is valid for 30 days from the successful payment date. The current payment flow does not include automatic renewal; the user may renew at any time. Early renewal adds 30 days to the remaining access period.

4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services that begin immediately in an electronic environment with the consumer's consent.

By accepting the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form at checkout, the user agrees that the digital service will start immediately after payment.

5. Technical Issues

If Pro access is not activated after a successful payment, or if the service cannot be used due to a technical error, the user may create a support request. The Seller may review payment and account records, manually grant access, or initiate a refund process where appropriate.
